The curriculum featured three core modules:
1.Strategy & Culture: Executive Lu Qiping outlined MIKOVS' global strategy and history, detailing four key product lines (MCS, Qin, Han, and medical-grade Seal HB series) and emphasizing the company's mission as a solution provider.
2.Technical Expertise: Engineer Liu delivered in-depth sessions on screw compressor mechanics, maintenance standards, and hands-on component disassembly to build technical credibility.
3.Sales Execution: Sales Director Wang Guanghui shared a "Four-Step Process" for client acquisition and introduced "6 Hidden Business Opportunities" within air compressor rooms, focusing on lifecycle value and ROI-driven solutions.
